Data we collect

Forms send us your name, email address, phone number if supplied, and message. Rental enquiries also include your planned business and stall area. Providing data is voluntary, but we need a return address to reply.

Purposes and legal grounds

We answer enquiries about entering a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence is handled under Article 6(1)(f); our legitimate interest is communicating with market visitors. Visitor analytics starts only with consent under Article 6(1)(a).

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence until the enquiry is closed, for no longer than 12 months after the last message. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection. Anonymous statistical summaries do not identify individuals.

Who receives data

Hosting and email providers process data as needed to run the website and deliver replies. We do not sell data or make automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where the law provides these rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Complaints can be submitted to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, Poland.
