Accessibility statement

Digital accessibility

Hala Targowa works towards an accessible website under the Polish Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications. The website is partially compliant with the Act’s requirements.

Dates and preparation

Website publication date: 1 September 2026. Statement prepared and last updated: 4 September 2026. This statement is based on a self-assessment of the website.

Barriers and ongoing checks

The embedded external map may require a mouse. The address and directions are also available as text. We continue to check other features with keyboards, screen readers and enlarged text.

Contact and accessibility requests

Report a barrier by email to kontakt@halatargowawro.pl. Include the page address, a description of the problem, your preferred information format and contact details.

Response times

We will provide access or agree an alternative information format without undue delay, within 7 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and set a deadline no later than 2 months after your request.

Complaints and appeals

If we refuse access or miss the deadline, you may complain to the Hala Targowa administration at 17 Piaskowa Street, 50-158 Wrocław, Poland. After completing that procedure, you may seek help from the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights.

Building accessibility

Entrances lead from Piaskowa, Kraińskiego and św. Ducha streets. An accessible entrance with a ramp gives access to the ground floor and a lift reaches the first floor. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is available; assistance dogs may enter with their handlers.
